Taylor Swift Supports Boyfriend Travis Kelce at Chiefs’ Season-Opener in Kansas City: ‘How Are You Guys?’
Taylor Swift is ready to cheer on her man Travis Kelce!
After the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 34, spent the summer as the pop icon’s most supportive Swiftie while she took the Eras Tour across Europe (even appearing on stage during a show at London’s Wembley Stadium in June), she returned the favor by returning to Arrowhead Stadium on Thursday, Sept. 5.
The superstar arrived on a golf cart and greeted fans as she made her way into the stadium. “Hello… how are you guys?” said Swift as she showed off a strut in thigh-high boots, shorts and a bustier tank.
Her appearance comes the day after a representatives for Kelce told PEOPLE that documents that surfaced online titled “Comprehensive Media Plan for Travis Kelce’s Relations Following Breakup with Taylor Swift,” are “entirely false and fabricated.”
“These documents are entirely false and fabricated and were not created, issued or authorized by this agency,” Full Scope, the company that runs Kelce’s PR, said.
The Reddit thread that contained the original documents has been deleted and the athlete’s PR team told PEOPLE they are working with the online platform’s legal team “to initiate proceedings against the individuals or entities responsible for the unlawful and injurious forgery of documents.”
The “So High School” singer concluded the European leg of the Eras Tour in mid-August, playing a second set of shows at Wembley. She’s now on break until the tour picks back up in Miami in mid-October.
Although Kelce didn’t make a second appearance in London, he snuck away from Chiefs training camp in mid-July while she was performing in Germany.
According to Patrick, 28, Swift is as supportive of Kelce’s football career as he is of her pop superstardom and participates in the game in a unique way.
“She’s really interested in football, she asks a lot of great questions. She’s already drawing up plays so we might have to put one in,” the Super Bowl 2024 MVP said in a recent interview with NFL on NBC.
Kelce confirmed his friend’s statement in an interview on the Rich Eisen Show on Tuesday, Sept. 3.
“She had just been so open to learning the game, she didn’t know much about the rules or anything…I think she was just curious about the profession,” he said. “I know none of the plays have gotten to Coach Reid yet, but if they ever do I’ll make sure everyone knows it was her creation.”
