LATEST NEWS: Donald Trump, Elon Musk, and Bill Gates have all been named in a $310 Million Palm Beach Lawsuit alleging that they operated a “trafficking venture” that was “identical in every material respect” to the alleged sex trafficking operation of Jeffrey Epstein.
A newly filed civil lawsuit in Palm Beach County has named former President Donald Trump, tech entrepreneur Elon Musk, and Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates as defendants in a sweeping $310 million complaint alleging participation in what the filing describes as a “trafficking venture” purportedly “identical in every material respect” to the alleged operation once associated with Jeffrey Epstein.
According to documents submitted on November 24th, the plaintiff—whose identity remains sealed—claims the three high-profile figures knowingly engaged in or financially supported a network that allegedly facilitated exploitation across state and international lines.
The complaint asserts that the alleged scheme mirrored patterns previously attributed to Epstein, who died in federal custody in 2019.
Attorneys for Trump, Musk, and Gates have not yet filed formal responses, but representatives for all three men have previously denied any involvement in comparable allegations.
No criminal charges have been filed, and the lawsuit consists solely of civil claims that have not been tested in court.
Legal experts note that the case is likely to face significant scrutiny, given the scale of the accusations and the prominence of the defendants. A preliminary hearing is expected in the coming weeks.
