Jennifer Garner’s boyfriend, John Miller, announced that he’s breaking up with her to rekindle his relationship with his ex after she let Ben Affleck snuggle her.

Jen is 1000% back in love with Ben. She took him back several times during our relationship. She cannot believe that taking him back YET AGAIN would have a different result. Jennifer Garner’s long-term boyfriend John Miller was spotted out in Los Angeles again.

The CaliBurger CEO was with his ex-wife Caroline Campbell on Sunday.

Neither one seemed to speak much as they were seen outside a ‘detox’ center. They both got into a maroon Tesla sedan and left together.

Later they were spotted outside a gray home with purple flowers.

John seems to still be very much in movie star Garner’s life as the day before he was pictured going to her house in Brentwood.

Meanwhile, Garner, 52, was filming scenes for her series, The Last Thing He Told Me, in Los Angeles with her co-star Nikolaj Coster-Waldau.

Ben was last seen on Friday in Austin, Texas promoting his film The Accountant 2 at SXSW in Austin, Texas.

John had on a mauve hoodie with worn-in jeans, brown boots and a trucker cap. His beard was scruffy and his hair was worn longer than usual.

His ex, a violinist, resembled Tara Reid as she had a cap over her long blonde hair.

She wore a gray hoodie with rainbow colors in front and dark leggings as she held onto a to go iced coffee. On her shoulder was a deep black bag.

John and Caroline split in 2011, he filed in 2014 and in October 2016, they agreed to joint legal custody of their daughter Violet and son Quest.

The divorce was finalized in November 2018.

Garner has reportedly been dating Miller, a graduate of University of Redlands and Stanford Law School, since 2018.

Los Angeles native Miller serves as the Chairman of the investment company Cali Group and CEO of PopID.

Affleck and his Daredevil costar Garner tied the knot in 2005 and divorced in 2018.

This sighting comes after a video of a hug between Garner and Affleck sparked speculation about them rekindling their romance, and left his second ex-wife, Jennifer Lopez, 55, ‘furious.’

In a video obtained exclusively by the Daily Mail, Affleck was seen tenderly embracing his ex-wife, and the mother of his three children.

The pair were paintballing at the Combat Paintball Park in Castaic near Los Angeles with their children, Fin, 16, and Sam, 13. Their eldest, 19-year-old Violet, is away studying at Yale.

An insider shed light about Miller’s feelings on Garner and Affleck’s close relationship, sharing: ‘Does it bother John when he sees the two of them being touchy-feely? Sure. It would get to anyone, but this is nothing new.’

‘Ben and Jen have a unique relationship, especially for exes,’ the source added.

Meanwhile Affleck premiered his new film The Accountant 2 at SXSW over the weekend.

He walked the red carpet with his co-star Jon Bernthal, 48, and his BFF Matt Damon.

Earlier this week it was reported that Garner is ‘deathly afraid of falling back in love’ with Ben, and still has ‘trust issues’ after he slept with their children’s nanny, Christine Ouzounian, now 37, a decade ago.

‘She loves Ben but is worried that he will crush her all over again,’ a source told DailyMail.com.

‘She doesn’t want to heal another broken heart because it is just too much drama, plus she does not want their kids to see round two of their mom in a bad place with their dad.

‘So much could go wrong if they reunite.’

Last month insiders shared that Miller struggles with her relationship with Ben, and avoids talking about the actor where possible.

Garner had adopted the role of ‘marriage counsellor’ to her ex-husband and Lopez in the wake of their shock split last year, with some friends fearing she had been forced to ‘play mediator.’

The role did not sit well with Miller, who understands they have children, but reportedly doesn’t like sharing her.

‘John is trying to deal with Ben and Jen’s relationship by mostly staying quiet, but it’s very hard to do that,’ a source told DailyMail.com exclusively. ‘He knows that Ben has to be around as a father and he is more than OK with that, but he wants to be the man in the relationship.’

‘John only talks about Ben when Jen talks about Ben or when their kids talk about him. He doesn’t bring him up unprompted.’

‘John respects Ben, but less is more because John wants Jen for himself,’ the insider continued. ‘He still needs to figure out how to compartmentalise it all.’

Meanwhile Lopez is said to be ‘furious’ over cozy photos of Affleck and Garner, according to Page Six. An insider added that speculation about them rekindling their romance is ‘completely messing with her head.’

Lopez is reportedly ‘not happy with constantly seeing photos’ of the duo, a source told the publication.

The photos have been like ‘salt in the wound’ to the Love Don’t Cost a Thing hitmaker.

Lopez and Affleck settled their divorce on January 6, however, court documents confirmed the marriage wasn’t legally dissolved until February 21.

The exes rekindled their romance in 2021 and got married in 2022, but called it quits in 2024.

Jennifer filed for divorce on August 20 – the date of their second wedding anniversary – and cited ‘irreconcilable differences’.
