Dak Prescott’s Wife, Sarah Jane Ramos Shares Personal Decision With Cowboys QB Amid 10th NFL Season..
Dak Prescott is having a big year with the Dallas Cowboys. In seven games played thus far, the three-time Pro Bowl quarterback has already registered 185-of-259 completed passes (71.4%) for 1,881 yards and 16 touchdowns, leading his team to a 3-3-1 record approaching the mid-way point of the NFL season.
On a personal level, Prescott marked an important family milestone this year. Along with future wife Sarah Jane Ramos, the couple welcomed their second child, Aurora, in May. She is the latest addition to their growing family and is the younger sister of Margaret Jane, or MJ, who was born in February 2024.
Prescott joined the Cowboys in 2016 as a fourth-round pick in the draft. He wasted no time establishing himself as one of the top young QBs in the league, winning the AP Offensive Rookie of the Year title in his debut campaign. Prescott has since been Dallas’ cornerstone quarterback.
The former Mississippi State Bulldogs standout is now in his 10th season with the Cowboys, and there are no signs of Prescott slowing down anytime soon. On Sunday against the Washington Commanders, the 32-year-old led Dallas to a convincing 44-22 win with 21-of-30 completed passes for 264 yards and three touchdowns.
Off the field, Prescott is a family man and devoted father. As it turns out, Prescott and Ramos have plans to add to their lot. Ramos, 31, took to social media on Wednesday to announce their decision to have more kids.
“Yes, we want 2 or 3 more 🙏” she posted on her Instagram stories.
Ramos was responding to a fan who asked if they wanted more children. The former bartender and wine specialist also added that she is hoping for a boy.
“For those asking if Dak wants a boy, he loves being a girl dad and I am the one who would love to have a boy 😂 But healthy children and God’s provisions is all we pray for!” she wrote.
Prescott and Ramos were first linked together in September 2023. They got engaged in October 2024. The couple has already decided that they want two or three more kids to complete their family, but they have not made their timeline public.
Prescott and the Cowboys will be back in Sunday for a Week 8 matchup against Bo Nix and the 5-2 Denver Broncos. It’s a road game for Dallas at Empower Field at Mile High with kickoff scheduled at 4:25 p.m. ET.
