In a Sept. 2 post shared to her Instagram, Mahomes celebrated her big 3-O with pictures highlighting her nights out on the town. In one snap, the mom of three posed solo in a restaurant booth, smiling with a glass in hand.

Another image shows a spread of party favors, complete with custom robes embroidered with her name and the ones of her friends.

But it’s the 17th photo in the collection that shows Mahomes sitting next to none other than the “Fortnight” singer.

Mahomes captioned the post simply writing “THIRTY.”

The comments section of Mahomes’ post was filled with birthday love, including one friend writing, “YES MA’AM!!! 30 and thriving!!!”

Still, it wasn’t just the milestone or the snapshots that had Mahomes’ friends buzzing; Swift’s was the ultimate cherry on top of the post.

“Imagine growing up you and then at 30 your husband is one of the best nfl quarterbacks and your bestie is Taylor Swift,” one user replied. “What a freaking life. Happy Birthday queen!”

Mahomes and the newly-engaged singer have developed a close-knit friendship since the singer struck up a romance with Travis Kelce. The Chiefs’ tight end is teammates with Mahomes’ husband, quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

Swift first appeared on Brittany Mahomes’ Instagram in November 2023 when she shared a photo of them having champagne with Lyndsay Bell — who is married to former Chiefs tight end Blake Bell — and Paige Buechele, wife of former Chiefs backup quarterback Shane Buechele.

Since then, Brittany Mahomes and Swift have been spotted sharing celebratory BFF handshakes, cheering side by side at the Super Bowl, grabbing dinners in New York and Los Angeles and twinning in red jackets.

In December 2024, Brittany Mahomes and her husband celebrated Swift, not for a birthday but for an “Eras Tour”-themed party thrown in her honor by Kelce. The big celebration marked the end of the singer’s record-breaking tour.

Brittany Mahomes sparkled in a sequined minidress, while her husband channeled Swift’s dancers in her “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart” performance.

Most recently, Brittany Mahomes celebrated Swift and Kelce’s engagement resharing the couple’s engagement photos with a caption: “Two of the most genuine people meet & fall in love. Just so happy for these two.”
