JUST IN: Congress Block Donald Trump’s Access to All Taxpayer Funds After Federal Court Orders Him to Immediately Pay ACECO Demolition Company Their Owed Balance Plus $500,000 in Compensation Over the Ongoing White House East Wing Dispute

In a stunning escalation of the ongoing White House East Wing controversy, Congress has moved to temporarily block President Donald Trump’s access to all taxpayer-funded discretionary accounts following a federal court ruling earlier today.

The court ordered Trump to immediately pay ACECO Demolition Company the outstanding balance owed, plus an additional $500,000 in compensation, after determining that the administration unlawfully withheld payments related to the halted East Wing demolition project.

The ruling marks a major victory for ACECO, which has spent months battling the administration over what it described as “flagrant nonpayment” and breach of contract.

According to court documents, ACECO provided extensive evidence showing invoices, equipment rentals, and labor costs that remained unsettled long after work was completed.

In response to the ruling, key members of Congress acted swiftly, voting to freeze the President’s authority to draw from certain public funds until the financial dispute is resolved in full and documented for oversight committees.

Lawmakers argued that taxpayer money cannot be used to “circumvent or delay lawful debt obligations” tied to litigation.

White House officials condemned the move as “politically motivated overreach,” insisting the President intends to challenge both the court order and Congress’s funding restrictions. ACECO, meanwhile, celebrated the decision as “a step toward accountability and fair treatment.”

The unprecedented financial lockdown adds a new layer of tension to an already explosive dispute—one that continues to raise questions about fiscal responsibility, executive power, and the fallout from the controversial demolition project.
