Hosted by master MC LL Cool J, the show has historically brought some of the most memorable moments in pop culture history and promises to deliver on the same tonight.
Stars such as Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars, Sabrina Carpenter, Kendrick Lamar and more, walk in the show with the most nominations, while Doja Cat, Jelly Roll, J Balvin and many more are slated to perform.
Three musical legends will also be receiving special honors: Mariah Carey will get the Video Vanguard Award; Busta Rhymes will be honored with the MTV VMA Rock the Bells Visionary Award and Ricky Martin will be the recipient of the Latin Icon Award.
