Taylor Swift’s Lavish Decision Fuels Speculations About Travis Kelce Relationship

Multi-Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter Taylor Swift and Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce seem primed to take their relationship to the next level.

At this point, the couple has been dating for well over a year, and reports have indicated that an engagement could be in line in the not-so-distant future.

On Tuesday, a new report emerged that has further fueled speculations about the Swift-Kelce romance. According to The Providence Journal, Swift signed off on a $1.7 million renovation contract for her mansion in Rhode Island.

Based on a building permit that was reportedly issued in December, Swift is adding a bedroom and bathrooms to her home in Westerly, with renovations to an existing kitchen also included in the plans.

A video showing the current state of renovations in the Watch Hill neighborhood house is also making its rounds on TikTok.

Swift’s lavish decision has led to all sorts of fan theories on social media. “Building a nursery ” speculated a TikTok user. “Adding a baby room,” seconded another. “need to add the in-laws suite ” a comment read.

“Wedding prep ” suggested a fan. “I think she is getting things in place for the wedding for early this summer!!” declared another.

“I think the wedding is going to be there,” a Swiftie guessed. For the time being, however, Kelce is focused on doing everything he can to help the Chiefs achieve their ultimate goal this season.

They are set to face the Houston Texans on Saturday in the Divisional Round of the AFC as the two-time defending champions Chiefs aim for an unprecedented Super Bowl three-peat.

The game will be played at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, which means that Swift will likely be in attendance to support her man.
