“The photo on the left is my first time getting lymphatic massage from Flavia [of Flavia Lanini Beauty Institute] and the right is the most recent!” the “Good as Hell” singer captioned the underwear-clad side-by-side mirror selfies on Thursday.

“In light of all these magazines and blogs wanting me to be on ozempic soooo bad— here’s the truth! I work my ass off, training 3x a week, daily sauna & cardio, adding animal protein back into my diet, hiring a chef who helps me meal prep and keeps track of what I put into my body in a calorie deficit, cutting out sugary Starbucks & full fat sodas & potato chips… I quit drinking for the longest… (but I’m drinking again cus I earned it!).”

The Grammy winner added, “I play pickleball and hike and walk on the beach and move my body and dance and drink water. I detox! Once a month!”

Lizzo divulged that she also receives “holistic body work” along with wood therapy and lymphatic massages to keep in shape.

“I’m so happy and proud of what I’ve done and no one can take that away from me 😇, ” she concluded the triumphant post.

Lizzo’s detailed health and fitness routine comes just weeks after she addressed the topic of her weight loss on Trisha Paytas’ “Just Trish” podcast in June.

“I’ve tried everything,” the singer, 37 said. “Ozempic works because you eat less food, yeah? So if you eat right, it makes you feel full,” she said. “But if you can just do that on your own and get mind over matter, it’s the same thing.”

She also defended people who use the weight loss drug. “It’s not easy,” she said. “It’s a drug to help somebody with something they’re struggling with.” The singer insisted that “telling someone they’re cheating” by using it is a form of fatphobia.

The singer previously clapped back at speculation after a fan questioned if she used “ozempic or did she snort coke” via a September 2024 Instagram post.

“whyyyy do u follow me?” she replied, along with a row of crying emojis. She put the social media user on blast in a subsequent post, sharing his profile with her fans.

In a clip, she donned a red silk robe and stared at the camera with text reading, “When you finally get Ozempic allegations after 5 months of weight training and calorie deficit,” as she lip synced a voiceover saying the accusation was “like a reward.”

In a 2024 interview, the singer — who has been sharing her weight loss progress with fans since 2023 — confessed that she sometimes has mixed feelings amid her journey. “I’m not going to lie and say I love my body every day,” the “About Damn Time” singer told the New York Times.

“The bottom line is, the way you feel about your body changes every single day,” she continued. “There are some days I adore my body, and others when I don’t feel completely positive.”
